SUSQUENITA ATHLETICS HALL OF FAME NOMINATION APPLICATION OPEN

Susquenita School District is happy to announce the nomination period has opened for the inaugural Susquenita Athletics Hall of Fame class.

Nominations may be submitted at the following link:  https://forms.gle/jxAaBkypyYA9F3V18  

The deadline for nominations is Friday, June 30, 2023.

Nomination guidelines are as follows:

• An athlete or team may be nominated once ten (10) years have elapsed since their graduation date.
• Individual nominations may be made posthumously.
• Individual/team nominations must be of good character at the time of nomination.
• Special nominations may be made to coaches\contributors who have made outstanding contributions to Susquenita athletics.
