Mr. Craig Funk
Mr. Funk is in his 20th year as part of the Susquenita School District Family. During the first seven years, Mr. Funk served as the Principal and Assistant Principal at Susquenita Elementary School. Transitioning to the High School provided a unique opportunity for Mr. Funk because many of the Blackhawk Families had him as their principal at the beginning of their educational careers.
Mr. Funk earned his Master’s degree in Educational Administration from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas (UNLV) and his bachelor’s degree from The Pennsylvania State University, University Park Campus. Prior to starting at Susquenita, Mr. Funk taught at Central Dauphin East High School and also in the Clark County School District in Las Vegas, Nevada. Mr. Funk is also a U.S. Army Veteran.
